The third step to building your Web site is to
select a color scheme for your site. You can select from the
recommended color schemes or design your own color scheme. On the
Select Color page, the design you selected in the previous step
displays with a choice of four recommended color schemes in the
Color Selections section.
Select from one of the four recommended color schemes.., 
...or use the Advanced Colors option to create your own color scheme.
